Field Assistance
Upon request, EMCO trained specialists will assist in field installation and final adjustments of all manufacturers equipment. Reshell Mills EMCO offers reshell services for all steel ball mills of any manufacture. Mills of our own manufacture are given special delivery consideration on a "breakdown" basis at no additional charge. Reshelling existing equipment results in a 40% savings and is warranted like new equipment. Relining Mills EMCO craftsmen reline pebble mills with ceramic or porcelain brick, either in the field or at our plant. 
Thickness TestingEMCO offers non-destructive thickness testing of all steel mills. The testing can be done at your plant without removing equipment from production. However, a comprehensive inspection requires a clean, empty mill. Periodic thickness testing can be used to predict remaining equipment life to avoid emergency breakdowns. Thickness test results are also an invaluable tool for anticipating expenditures for new equipment. Storage EMCO will store equipment for an unlimited time for a single nominal storage charge. Storage service permits overnight turnaround of complete mills in the event of an equipment failure. Down time is therefore only a day or two instead of weeks or months. Repair Mills EMCO repair technicians service a wide range of grinding/mixing equipment. Including horizontal mills, pebble/ball mills and SW mills. Lab Evaluation EMCO laboratory service is available for evaluation of customer products. In addition to ball milling, many other types of mixing, grinding and dispersion equipment are available for a thorough evaluation. |
